Ashayomi Matthews Studio was created to bring thoughtful design to people seeking a more nourishing experience within their space.
As a person living with sensory sensitivities, I experience the world through subtle details like light, texture, color, and energy. Those sensitivities once felt like a challenge, until I realized they were my greatest strength as a designer. They allow me to sense what brings balance, what soothes, and what feels right in a space.
With time, I learned to channel my “spidey senses” into creating environments and visual works that not only look beautiful but feel truly good to be in. Every material, plant, and color becomes part of a conversation about beauty, connection, belonging, and ease.
